Kraken 360° connector

Preview

The Kraken 360° connector, which lets an AI assistant query your company's data in Kraken 360°, is in Preview. It is still evolving and may change while Octos improves it — take that into account when deciding what to use it for.

No guarantee of correct answers

Octos does not guarantee that answers given through the connector are correct. The assistant can misinterpret a question or construct an incorrect query. Your Kraken 360° reports remain the official source for your data: verify any figure there before making a decision based on it.

The existing service agreement governs

Use of the connector is governed by the service agreement already in place between your company and Octos, which continues to govern your company's use of Kraken 360° generally. These terms describe the connector specifically and do not replace that agreement.

Notice before withdrawing a capability

While the connector is in Preview, its capabilities may change without that notice. Once it leaves Preview, Octos gives 30 days' notice before withdrawing any capability stated in the Install and Limitations sections of the install page.
